Always use a cloth or paper towel when handling non-plush side of pack. Do not apply pack for over 20 minutes at a time. If pack causes discomfort, remove from body immediately. Heat Therapy: Wrap room temperature pack in towel and place in center of 1200 watt microwave. Microwave pack for 35 seconds and test pack temperature for comfort.
